Growing up in West Africa Liberia we never went a day without eating hot peppers! I personally grow a lot of hot peppers because I love them! Every hot pepper has its unique flavor! Some hot peppers, you have to go through the pain to enjoy the flavor! I started all my peppers from seeds, harvested them, dehydrated and blended my spices in small batches.
