This loose tea blend helps with seasonal allergies symptoms! I created this blend years ago because my kids and I suffered from seasonal allergies! It has helped us over the years to manage allergies symptoms!

Instructions

To brew the tea add up to 4 cups of water per tea bag because they are large!  Steep for 5 minutes And enjoy!

• Nettle- works as an Antihistamine to help relief allergies symptoms.
• Ginger- helps reduce allergic inflammation
• Peppermint-decongestant, reduces inflammation

Organic Ingredients- nettle, ginger, mints, lemongrass, oregano, oranges
